原為夏季漁民夜晚捕抓小管的方式之一，後來演變為觀光娛樂的活動。夜晚的海面上體驗夜釣小管的樂趣，現釣現吃品嚐小管生魚片，小管麵線吃到飽，還可以體驗下網捕撈(視天候決定)，晚風徐徐的吹來觀星賞月、欣賞陸地上的萬家燈火，真是一大享受。
